Brightstone Clinic offers therapy, counselling and complementary therapies for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, loss, bereavement, relationship difficulties, abuse, addictions, crises, transitions, menopause, creativity, work-related issues, stress, physical pain, domestic abuse, OCD, panic attacks, bullying, and children's issues.
Please feel free to explore our site to find a therapist, or if you would
like to discuss your options, fill out our contact form.
Please note, Brightstone Clinic seeks to match you with the right therapist for your needs. We aim to respond as quickly as we can, but it can take a few days to identify the right therapist who also has availability. However, if you feel your mental health needs are urgent or you are in Crisis then we would encourage you to seek additional support as we cannot offer you a Crisis intervention service.
